Either the Pentax W30 or Olympus 1030 should do the trick. Just make sure that you set the cameras to the correct white balance for underwater shooting, and you should get reasonable results.

If you do flash shooting underwater, then adjust the white balance appropriately and note that flash distance will be very short, only a few feet, due to the interference from the water.
