Scuba Diving In Fl

What is the penalty for diveing without a divelicens.?

I took a class in fl but didnt finish (only 90% com.) becous of a family situation.Now Im home in Ne.I have all my dive eq. and Scuba compressor so I dont need anything from a dive shop.And dive safety isnt an issue.If I was to go diveing with no licens what kind of trouble could I get into?

In terms of legal issues, I don’t think there are any. If you take other people with you, you could get into criminal negligence or personal liabilty issues if someone got hurt. There are not any “scuba police”.

On the safety side of things, since you have never been diving, so there are tons of safety concerns.

As far as “kind of trouble”, death and paralysis come to mind. Get properly trained and dive within your training.
