What is a good cold water wetsuits, like Oregon winter cold?

I am moving to Oregon in a couple of months and am wondering what would be the best wetsuit for surfing in the temperatures up there? I am about 6ft tall a weigh in at a massive 140lbs so I tend to get cold easy. I have looked at a couple of suits and was wondering if anyone had any good or bad things to say about any of them.
HOT LINE: 5/4/ ultra hot combo
XCEL: infinity X-ZIP 2, hooded full suit in either the 6mm or the 5mm
ONEILL: psycho 2 hooded

Also looking at the patagonia suits but not sure if they are worth the money.

O’Neill is a reputable brand but I’m not as familiar with the others. Henderson, Bare, and Body Glove are good too. I’d recommend at least 6mm for Oregon in the winter, especially with your build. I’d suggest boots and gloves too. The water can really suck the heat out of any exposed part of your body. I don’t surf but I dive and I’d want at least 6 to 7mm all over. I’d also suggest looking for one with a slick outer skin that will let the water run off. If it’s windy, the evaporation of water clinging to your suit can make you cold faster.
