Diving Lessons

To find a swim lessons, you can check http://www.usswim.org to find a swim team. Most swim clubs have not only the core competitive programs, but also swim schools that help beginners learn to swim and, if they are interested, move onto the swim team.

I assume you could check US Diving to find a team in your area as well the same way.

Many City Park and Recreation (or sometimes school district, if school distircts run park and rec rather than the cities in your area) have swimming and diving programs and learn to swim lessons and even dive programs.

You can also check with your local Red Cross for swim lesson availability.
