Maldives swimming in ocean full of living things…???


I have always been a bit ‘nervy’ about swimming in seas, oceans etc because am scared of jelly fish and generally living things in the waters. WE HAVE ALREADY booked a holiday to Maldives for a week in a couple of weeks time and the more I read about how wonderful Maldives is for diving and snorkelling etc and how great the underwater things the more scared am getting. Any calming words will really be appreciated.

Do clear waters with no corals and living things exist on the ordinary beaches?

dont worry but enjoy the nature.
if you were to swim in the sea by your resort, there are not many creatures around except for two or three very gentle tiny fish swimming with you.
avoid rocky ares coz a few more harmless creatures may be there too.
just swim at the many beaches with white sandy seabeds.
