Where is the best place in the Caribbeans to go to for New Years Eve?

I am looking for a place somewhere in the Caribbeans to go to for new years eve. It could be an all inclusive resort.
Also, which one is the best island in the Carribeans? I would like some night life as well as nature. Wouldn’t mind snorkeling or scuba diving.

Please note: Houndras (sp?) is not in the Caribbean.

I highly recommend Barbados – that island is paradise and has a lot to offer – in other words, a lot to see, a lot to do.

The nightlife is GRRReat! There are clubs in St. Lawrence Gap, and other two such as Harbour Lights and Boatyard.

Barbados offers snorkeling and scuba diving, especially surfing.
